TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1 – Arrivals / Departures
Check-in: 2.30 pm – 9.00 pm
Check-out: 11.00 am (No late check-out allowed)
A deposit of € 120, which can only be paid by credit card, is required on arrival to cover any additional charges. This amount will be refunded in full, subject to a satisfactory inventory of the accommodation. If you do not pay this deposit, you will not be able to check in. In this case, the reservation will be canceled and not refunded.
Please note:
Upon arrival: ID card / passport compulsory + full payment of the stay + guarantee deposit for the room by credit card
Arrival (2.30pm - 9.00pm). Contact the hotel in case of late arrival.
2 – Booking
Booking must be made y a person of 18 years old and older.
Name, First Name, Company if needed, E-Mail, Phone Number, Address, Zip Code, City of the person who books.
For the Guarantee: a credit card with the same name as the person who books (number, expiration date and the cryptogram).
A pre-authorization can be made.
The non-refundable stays are paid during the booking by credit card, by distance selling, by bank transfer.
For reservations of 2 rooms or more, a non-refundable prepayment corresponding to 100% of the total amount of your stay will be requested.

3 – Cancellation
Standard cancellation: Up to 2 days before arrival without penalties (subject to other conditions at the time of booking)
The day before and the day of arrival, the whole stay is invoiced.
No presentation: The full stay is charged.
The no-refundable stays are non-changeable and non-refundable.
4 – Non-refundable periods
Congress, Festivals, Shows, Film Festival, Holidays, Weekend (Friday and Saturday), July and August;
And all periods defined by the hotel without warning.
5 – Congress, Festivals, Shows, Film Festival
Booking must be made y a person of 18 years old and older.
Name, First Name, Company if needed, E-Mail, Phone Number, Address, Zip Code, City of the person who books .
To book: 50% is required during the booking (non-refundable) and the balance (non refundable) up to 2 months maximum before arrival.
For the groups or companies, an invoice is made to the order of the group or society.
Warning: no stay can be changed by removing nights or rooms.
Warning: no stay will be validated and maintained (according to the booking defined between the hotel and the client / company / group) if the balance is not paid 2 months maximum before arrival. 50 % already paid will not be refunded.
6 – Method of payment at the hotel
Visa - Master card - American Express
Cash (we do not accept billet of 500 €)
We do not accept payment by check.
7 – Distance selling
Hotel Festival is authorized by the bank to use one material for distance selling to take payments
8 – Litigation
For any contestation, just the French version of our terms and conditions will be in justice.
9 – Booking a room at the Hotel Festival,
the customer agrees to comply with these conditions
- Check-in : from 2.30 PM to 9.00 PM (thank you to inform the reception in case of arrival after 21h if your room is no longer guaranteed or accessible)
- Check-out : 11.00 AM (No late check out is allowed).
- On arrival, no access to the room will be accepted without identity card or passport (obligatory for foreigners) as well as a bank card to guarantee the same name.
- The name of the customer on the identity card or passport must be the same as when booking and the same as on the bank card that serves as payment and guarantee on arrival.
- All persons who take part in the stays (even if they are not the ones who pay the stay) must give their identity card or passport on arrival.
- Hotel and rooms are non-smoking (electronic cigarettes included). The sum of 300 € will be asked to put the room in order if you smoke in the room, in the windows of the rooms ...
- Hotel forbidden to minors unaccompanied by their parents.
- Access to the rooms is only for hotel guests. No visitor is allowed in the rooms.
- For any stay not paid or partially paid in advance, payment of the stay or the balance is made on arrival and the stay is not refundable in case of early departure.
- When the bedrooms' keys are delivered on arrival, the stay must be paid in full.
- Child under 10 years old free of charge when using parents' bedding
- The continental breakfast is only served in the room at the rate of 9.80 € per person.
- Extra beds are not available.
- Hotel under cameras.
- Any inappropriate behavior within the hotel can lead to the immediate exclusion of the person or the customer (without this being refunded).
- Spa (Jacuzzi and Sauna) and Wifi are free.
- The hotel does not have a lift.

- Cot (only on request and subject to availability).
- Spa (jacuzzi-sauna) open from 2.00 pm to 7.30 pm only by appointment (30 minutes per room per room), forbidden to minors, pregnant women and people suffering from asthma, respiratory failure or cardio-vascular problem or hyper-blood pressure. Access may be refused if the spa rules are not respected. Places, properties and persons are under the responsibility of the users. The maximum number of people for each session is 2. Thank you for respecting the tranquility of the guests.
Dogs are only allowed on request at an additional cost of € 25 per night per pet. Little dog educated only (maximum 5 kg). It is forbidden to leave the animal alone in the room. In case of deterioration a penalty will be charged to restore the room.
